By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

• Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

• Depending on the service, guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service adjusted or rescheduled. If we are unable to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged the late cancellation fee which is 50% of the service fee.

• Pricing may vary based on hair length, time, and service complexity.
